  • What documents are required to obtain Van der Elst:

  • A copy of the applicant's contract with the employer;
  • The applicant's passport, valid for at least 6 months from the submission of the application;
  • An agreement between the company that hired the applicant for a visa and his client in Germany;

  • A receipt for the payment of the consular fee of 75 euros (in case of refusal, it will not be refunded);
  • 2 photos of the applicant in biometric format 35X45.
